OCEF is the Palace’s think tank and pressure group, uniting professionals, elders and diaspora leaders to advance the Kingdom’s development agenda.
Who We Are
Founded under the patronage of the Obong of Calabar, OCEF convenes accomplished Efik professionals from across the world to advise the Palace and drive development projects.
The Forum operates through committees, each focused on a pillar of the Kingdom’s advancement.
